"In July of 2023 we met with Joey Coppersmith to build our new house. This was our first experience building a new house. We purchased our lot and met with Joey & Durene to begin the process. They made us feel comfortable and took all the time with the initial meeting. They accepted our requests, concerns & gave us very good guidance in other areas of construction. The process was stress free and seamless. The communication with Joey’s team of Tyler & Durene was immediate responses back to us with answers or updates on the process. When called they answered and made sure you were comfortable with the on-going process. The team always went out of their way to satisfy us. We sold our house at the Outer Banks and could not find a place to rent in Elizabeth City for the 6 months of construction and Joey went above and beyond. He got us a rental that was near our new house and was a very nice house and really eliminated our stress. My wife and I would highly recommend Sicario Properties without hesitation.
