"When we decided to build a new home in a coastal area in North Carolina there were many things we had not experienced before and coming from New Jersey we were 6 hours away during the entire process of building our new home. We met with Joey and Tyler several times to review the plans for the home, process and steps along the way. We made many changes to the plan with upgrades and request and Joey was accommodating to all of our ask. Joey and Tyler guided us through the process and provided guidance as we went. Durene helped us through the changes and upgrades and working with multiple vendors to get all the finishes that we wanted.. Building a new home from afar can be stressful but Joey was understanding and accommodating throughout and we are thankful to him and the Sicario team. We love waking up with a view of the sound in our beautiful new home and are enjoying every aspect of the home Joey and team brought to life for us."
