When we decided to build a new home in a coastal area in North Carolina there were many things we had not experienced before and coming from New Jersey we were 6 hours away during the entire process of building our new home. We met with Joey and Tyler several times to review the plans for the home, process and steps along the way. We made many changes to the plan with upgrades and request and Joey was accommodating to all of our ask. Joey and Tyler guided us through the process and provided guidance as we went. Durene helped us through the changes and upgrades and working with multiple vendors to get all the finishes that we wanted.. In July of 2023 we met with Joey Coppersmith to build our new house. This was our first experience building a new house. We purchased our lot and met with Joey & Durene to begin the process.
